Shipping policy
Delivery Times:
We aim for fast delivery, processing all orders within 2-3 business days. While this is the maximum, we always try to ship your order sooner. During busy periods, shipments may be slightly delayed.
Service and Coverage:
We use a combination of in-house staff and third-party delivery services to ensure your order arrives on time. Delivery is available throughout Kuwait, with the exception of remote areas. You can choose a convenient delivery time and communicate it to us during the ordering process.
Ordering & Processing:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be considered a next-day order.
Delivery Information:
- Signature Required: To confirm receipt, a signature is required on a copy of the invoice. The signature of anyone at the registered address is considered a valid confirmation of delivery.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. For urgent orders, contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, please contact us to reschedule. If you miss two scheduled deliveries, additional delivery fees will apply. The company is not responsible for orders that are not collected within 10 days of the first scheduled delivery date.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to accept a shipment and wish to cancel your order, the shipping and packaging fees will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is Sunday to Thursday during business hours with estimated arrival in 2-4 business days.
- The company's delivery attempts are limited; if unsuccessful after two tries, customers must contact support.
- Delivery charges and scheduling may vary by location, with extra fees for remote areas.
- Customers must check packages upon receipt and report damages immediately.
Order Safety & Responsibility:
We guarantee your order is safe from theft and damage from the moment it leaves our store until it is delivered. Once the receipt document is signed, responsibility for the product transfers to you.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders of KWD 10 or more.
- Shipping Fee: 1 KWD fee applies to all orders under KWD 10.
- Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply for delivery to remote areas outside our standard delivery zones.
Order Management:
- Tracking: For updates on your order status, please contact our customer service team.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns or exchanges require prior approval through a returns portal or customer service.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Certain items, including sale items, gift cards, and accessories, are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within approximately 5-6 business days after receipt and approval of the returned product.
